2. Our products

We sell physical travel-organisation accessories for consumers. We do not provide flights, accommodation, tours, visas, insurance or travel-agency services. Product images are illustrative, and dimensions, capacities and weights are approximate and provided as a guide only. They are not a guarantee that an item meets any particular airline's cabin or baggage rules — you are responsible for checking current rules with your airline and airport.

3. Orders & contract formation

By placing an order you make an offer to buy the selected products. A binding contract is formed when we send you an email confirming dispatch of your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we are unable to ship to your address — in which case we will refund any payment taken.

4. Pricing & payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
• Prices exclude any import duties or taxes that may be charged on delivery outside the UK (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy).
• Payment is taken at checkout via our third-party payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

5. Delivery

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full detail.

6. Returns & refunds

You may return eligible items within 14 days as set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. Certain hygiene or sealed items are non-returnable once opened. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. All content on the site, including text, images and the Sutcliffeph name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from your failure to follow airline, airport or other third-party rules. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

9. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather, customs delays or industrial action.

10. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England & Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may benefit from mandatory protections of your local law.
